Cross-cutting quality ticket covering the ingest/publish pipeline built in #7–#15.
Scope
Unit tests for the PII anonymization pass (#8) covering each redaction category.
Unit tests for lifecycle transitions (#10) and de-duplication logic (#14).
Integration tests for the Worker's HTTP endpoints (ingest #7, manual removal #11) — e.g. via wrangler dev/miniflare or a Go-native equivalent to the tooling chosen in #1.
Acceptance criteria
CI (#3) runs this suite on every PR; it fails the build on a regression in redaction, lifecycle, or de-dup logic.
Dependencies
Depends on #7, #8, #10, #14 existing to have something to test against; can be built incrementally alongside them rather than strictly after.
