* Fix ASUS Z170 EC temperature read returning zero values
Adjust EC read logic so temperature registers (PCH, T_SENSOR, VRM)
return valid values on ASUS Z170 boards in user-mode.
Verified with RWEverything and HWiNFO.
* merge back to inter100,
Use IBF clearing fallback when OBF unsupported
* Fix formatting of CrOS enum entry
* Update WindowsEmbeddedControllerIO.cs

Sorted by sensor address
Correction of the motherboard model (CROSSHAIR III FORMULA > ROG CROSSHAIR VIII FORMULA). It has the same sensors so I put it with the CROSSHAIR VIII HERO
* EC: add CPU core voltage sensor
* Introfuce BoardInfo struct for storing EC initialization data
We need to keep some more information about the current board than just
the sensors set and this allows us do not duplicate sensor definitions for
such board variants as " (WI-FI)" when sensors are identical to the base variant.
* EC: add board families
* fixup! EC: add board families
* EC: add Amd 400 series
* Extend ASUS EC detection to other Crosshair VIII models
Tested to work on my CROSSHAIR VIII Dark Hero.
*Should* also work on the Impact, Formula and Extreme boards since they use the same sensors and thereby most likely the same EC.
Alternatively, an extra case with name.Equals("ROG CROSSHAIR VIII DARK HERO", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase) could be used instead.
* Add ROG_CROSSHAIR_VIII_DARK_HERO model
* minor formatting
* Update EmbeddedController.cs
