Context

Bring the README in line with the current app and the roadmap decisions.

Scope

  • Remove the "Gmail account setup (OAuth client)" section and the "no stored passwords for
    Gmail" claim — Gmail is now app-password IMAP in onboarding (#9).
  • Coordinate with #31 to avoid duplication: #20 = whole-README current-state
    refresh    ; #31 = the onboarding section specifically.
  • Update the feature/status summary to reflect shipped state (onboarding, multiple
    accounts, push IDLE, etc.).
  • Document account types: Outlook (OAuth), Gmail/Yahoo/iCloud (app password), Other
    IMAP/SMTP. Keep the Outlook OAuth setup section (still used).
  • Add a privacy/data-flow note if the debug pipeline (#10/#11) ships; reference F-Droid
    anti-features (#16).

Acceptance criteria

  • README matches the app; no stale Gmail-OAuth instructions; consistent with #31.
