Context

Prepare for Google Play Store publication.

Scope (checklist)

  • Data safety form + privacy policy (covers email content, contacts, and diagnostics via
    #10/#11).
  • Permissions justification: READ_CONTACTS, POST_NOTIFICATIONS,
    FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC (IMAP IDLE) — Play scrutinizes foreground-service +
    contacts use.
  • Target API level compliance, 16 KB page-size support, signed App Bundle (AAB).
  • OAuth / CASA: dropping Gmail OAuth (#9) removes the restricted-scope Google
    verification / CASA burden. Outlook OAuth remains (Microsoft, not Google) — confirm no
    Google-side verification is required. Reflect in the README (#20).
  • Content rating, store-listing assets, account-deletion policy if applicable.

Acceptance criteria

  • Play pre-launch checks pass; data-safety + permissions declarations complete and accurate.

Eased by #9 (no Gmail OAuth). Relates to #19 (automated publish), #20 (README), #15 (audit).
