Jon Lund Steffensen e4034ba27d Do not allow NULL keys when setting options

This should fix a bug where command line options for the "manual" location
provider cannot override the config file. To keep compatability with previous
versions the command line parser will still special case parsing "-l LAT:LON"
and set the correct options in "manual".

Redshift
========

Redshift adjusts the color temperature of your screen according to
your surroundings. This may help your eyes hurt less if you are
working in front of the screen at night.

Run `redshift -h' for help on command line options. You can run the program
as `redshift-gtk' instead of 'redshift' for a graphical status icon.
