Scale TreeViewAdv elements based on DPI
...
TreeViewAdv assumed a standard 96 DPI display. This commit fixes some
problems on high DPI displays, including some problems mentioned in
OHM issue 830.
- column header height
- checkboxes
- icons
- indentation
