Ignore Gradle's .kotlin/ build-state directory #129

Closes #128.

.gitignore did not cover .kotlin/, which Gradle creates in the repo root on every local build.
It has never been committed, so nothing was wrong — but git add -A would have staged Kotlin
build-session state into history.

Verified rather than assumed:

$ git check-ignore -v .kotlin
.gitignore:16:.kotlin	.kotlin

One line, placed beside /build, .gradle and .cxx — the same category, already there. No
trailing slash, matching the style of every neighbouring entry.

No comment added, deliberately. This file explains its non-obvious entries (why tools/ffmpeg/out/
is ignored while bin/ is not; why .claude/ is named file-by-file rather than wholesale).
.kotlin/ needs no such explanation, and the existing comments are untouched.
