Throwaway branch. It exists to run #83's mutation on real CI: a fourth failing test carrying @FailsOnEmulatorApi37, on top of #111's report. The advisory job should report expected 4 / failed 4 against a baseline of 3 and finish with its conclusion unchanged. Closed as soon as the run reports.

Mutation observed on real CI, run 32899133552. The advisory job reported expected 4 / received 4 / failed 4 / completed cleanly: no against a baseline of 3, emitted three notice annotations naming the new test, and its conclusion was failure — the same conclusion it has on every PR, still continue-on-error: true and still not a required context.

The gating legs 33–36 went red here too, and that is the probe rather than the report: the probe fails unconditionally and @FailsOnEmulatorApi37 only removes it from the API 37 gating leg. API 33's own report says it: Starting 60 tests, There was 1 failure(s), and the one failure is MutationProbeApi37Test. API 37 gating stayed green.

Closing; the branch goes with it. See #111.
