I would like to be able to assign tags to images from a pre-selected group
So that I can easily find relevant images
Given a user is logged in
And has clicked the upload image button
And has selected an image to upload
When the image has completed uploading
Then the user will be shown a form to select tags to associate with the image
and then be directed back to the homepage upon submitting their tag selections
