Preset size dropdown (10 / 12 / 14 / 18 / 24 pt, plus "Default" to clear) in new ui/compose/format/FontSizePicker.kt, applying RichStyle.FontSize(pt) to the selection via the generalized toggle path; in-editor rendering maps pt→sp.
String resources in the toolbar block.
Acceptance
font-size:Npt appears in emitted HTML and round-trips (parser accepts pt and px); picker shows the selection's current size; editing-op + round-trip tests; androidTest.
