Toolbar toggle in FormattingToolbar (ui/compose/RichTextEditor.kt) — text glyph consistent with the existing "B/I/U" buttons (an "S" rendered with LineThrough), wired through the foundation's generalized toggleStyle/isStyled path for RichStyle.Strikethrough.
String resource in the "Compose formatting toolbar" block of res/values/strings.xml.
Acceptance
Toggling over a selection produces <s> in the emitted HTML and round-trips; toggle state reflects the selection; editing-op unit test; androidTest (ComposeScreenTest pattern) exercises the button.
