Part of #10.

Context

Complements #32. Spec: show the user all debug info before sending, let them add
comments, disclaim possible PII, and submit only on explicit action.

Scope

  • Review screen showing the full report contents verbatim (scrollable) so the user sees
    exactly what would be sent.
  • Free-text comment field for the user's description of the problem.
  • Prominent disclaimer that the debug info may contain personally identifiable information.
  • Explicit Submit / Discard actions; submission is strictly user-initiated — no
background or automatic send (F-Droid-safe decision, #16).
  • Transport: HTTPS POST to the ingest Worker (#34); queue + retry via WorkManager; show
    success/failure.
  • Offer copy/save-to-file as an alternative to sending.

Acceptance criteria

  • The user can read the entire payload, add comments, see the PII disclaimer, and choose to
    submit or discard.
  • Submitting delivers to the #34 endpoint; failures are retried and surfaced.
  • No data is transmitted without the user tapping Submit.

Relevant files

  • new review screen + submit worker; endpoint URL via BuildConfig

Dependencies

Depends on #32 (source reports) and #34 (ingest endpoint).
