Context

Manual verification that every UI surface works as intended before release (complements the
automated E2E tests).

Scope (checklist by surface)

  • Onboarding (#9): welcome -> picker -> each vendor path -> add-another -> inbox.
  • Mailbox: unified + per-account, folder drawer, search (local + server), select/move/
    delete, pull-to-refresh, empty states.
  • Reader: HTML render, remote-image blocking, attachment open, mark-read/star/delete,
    reply/forward.
  • Compose / outbox / drafts: send, retry, draft save/restore, attachments, contacts
    autocomplete.
  • Settings: confirm each toggle is actually wired to behavior (several are display-only
    today), account add/remove.
  • Notifications + IDLE push; permission prompts.
  • Light/dark, dynamic color, RTL, large font / accessibility, rotation.

Acceptance criteria

  • Every surface exercised on a real device across supported API levels; bugs filed/fixed; no
    P0/P1 open.

After features land; complements automated E2E; gates release (#19).
