The /preflight skill — the local fast gate (assembleDebug, testDebugUnitTest, lintDebug, ktlintCheck, detekt) — does not compile the androidTest source set. A change that breaks androidTest (E2E / instrumented compile errors, UI signature changes) therefore passes preflight locally but fails CI, because the build + lint + unit tests never compile androidTest. This has bitten past PRs.
Change
Add ./gradlew :app:compileDebugAndroidTestKotlin to the preflight steps and keep CLAUDE.md's fast-gate description in sync, so this class of breakage is caught before pushing.
