MailProvider (domain/model/MailProvider.kt) currently defines guided app-password presets
for GMAIL, YAHOO, and ICLOUD only. AOL Mail also requires an app-specific password for
third-party IMAP/SMTP clients, but it isn't offered as a guided preset today — a user with an
AOL account has to fall back to the manual IMAP/SMTP screen (ManualSetupScreen.kt) with no
in-app guidance. This ticket adds AOL as a new guided provider, wired through the existing AppPasswordSetupScreen.
Companion ticket #154 covers AOL's actual IMAP/SMTP host presets (so the account can be tested
& saved); this ticket is scoped to standing up the provider entry and its help content. In
practice these are one small change to the same enum entry and will likely land together.
Scope
Add a MailProvider.AOL entry (domain/model/MailProvider.kt): key = "aol", displayName = "AOL Mail", appPasswordHelpUrl = the article above (confirm it's still
current at implementation time — vendor help URLs move).
Confirm whether AOL gates app-password creation on 2FA the way Gmail does (see twoFactorHelpUrl, Gmail-only today). If so, add the corresponding help URL; if not, leave
it null like Yahoo/iCloud.
Add app_password_intro_aol string resource and wire it into providerIntro() in ui/accountsetup/AppPasswordSetupScreen.kt (currently a when over MailProvider, ~line
266).
AOL will automatically appear in AccountPickerScreen.kt's MailProvider.entries.forEach
picker list — confirm its position (after iCloud, before the "Other" divider) reads
naturally, and reorder the enum if a different placement makes more sense.
Confirm MailProvider.forImapHost / brandFor correctly resolve imap.aol.com to the new
brand for accounts that were set up manually before this preset existed.
Acceptance criteria
AOL appears in the account-setup picker; tapping it opens the guided app-password screen with
AOL-specific intro copy and a working link to AOL's app-password help article.
Pairs with #154 (AOL IMAP/SMTP server presets) — both are needed for a fully working AOL guided
path and will likely ship in the same PR.
